GEJ replies man who called him out on social media in 2014 over increased Foreign exchange rate

The former President today replied a twitter user who apologized for calling him out on social media back in 2014, saying he'd finished Nigeria following an increase in foreign exchange rate. ‎Not knowing it will get far worse in 2017.
